Not only are you anonymous but you’re clueless and base your argument not on hard facts but repeated soundbites from some history class.

Let me enlighten you:

FACT – in the 50s, among Southerners in the low-income percent 43% voted Republican, while in the high-income, 53% voted Republican.

FACT – in the the 80s, those figures were 51% and 77%.

Though the so called strategy was attempted, people weren’t stupid. The shift was not about race. It was about their wallets. And believe it or not, not everyone shifted parties. Not even a majority.

It would do you well to know a little bit about history before ranting off about something you have no clue about. Only fools do that.
