Some one isn't paying attention.

It specifically excludes religious organizations which is discrimination. If a religious organization meets the criteria for the funds, why single them out not to receive it? How they use the funds is how they use the funds.

This really doesn't go to the heart of the matter: the fiscal suicide the stimulus package represents.

Oh...by the way, someone on Capitol Hill agreed because the Senate didn't pass this part of the bill.

Considering the language “(i) used for sectarian instruction, religious worship, or a school or department of divinity; or (ii) in which a substantial portion of the functions of the facilities are subsumed in a religious mission” as a qualification of the restriction, your observation makes no sense. There is no threat or penalty as a result of this legislation to religious institutions. Public schools and their facilities do not fall into the above criteria so what you are saying is simply false.

Sure have. Funny thing about that:

1. It's not in the Constitution.

2. The First Amendment is.

So you may want to actually read the story before commenting. You dislike of religion doesn't make discriminating against it right.
